Having a fit for purpose drugs policy for a young people's provision is vital and as a result of working within the substance misuse field for over 10 years, I have a keen insight of how best you should create or develop your drug policy which will suit your provision. Prohibition of substances simply doesn't work which previous governments have insisted in treating substance misuse with punishment instead of looking at how best to support the individual around their substance misuse. I can help you develop a drugs policy which looks at supporting the individual with evidence based solutions in order that you will have a more successful outcome for the individual concerned.
